プライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシーは、個人が運営するルート共有サイト「RouteCross」（以下「本サービス」）が、どのような情報を、何のために、どのように扱うかを説明するものです。あわせて利用規約をご覧ください。

この日本語版が正本です。英語版は参考訳で、内容が食い違う場合は、日本語版が優先されます。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information RouteCross (“the Service”), a route-sharing site run by an individual, handles, for what purpose, and how. Please also read the Terms of Service.

This is an English translation of the Japanese version, provided for reference. If the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. 基本方針

本サービスは、個人が運営しています。扱う情報は、サービスの提供に必要なものに絞ります。アカウントの情報として、メールアドレスやパスワードは保存しません（お問い合わせで、返信先として任意で書いていただく場合を除きます）。

1. Basic policy

The Service is run by an individual. It handles only the information needed to provide the Service. It does not store email addresses or passwords as account information (except an email address you may optionally give as a reply address when you contact us).

2. 取得・保存する情報

アカウントに関する情報

  • ログインのとき、認証サービス（Microsoft または Google）から、アカウントを識別するための ID（以下「ユーザー ID」）が本サービスに渡されます。本サービスは、このユーザー ID を保存します。
  • 利用者が登録した、ニックネーム。
  • 利用者が設定した、表示言語と、地図の色（ルート線・経由地点・始点・終点）。
  • アカウントを作成した日時、最後にログインした日。
  • 保存しないもの: メールアドレス、氏名などのプロフィール、パスワード、アクセストークン。（画面の上部には、ログイン中であることを示すため、あなたのアカウント名の一部が表示されますが、あなたの画面にだけ表示され、本サービスには保存されません。）

2. Information we collect and store

Account information

  • When you log in, the authentication service (Microsoft or Google) passes the Service an ID that identifies your account (the “User ID”). The Service stores this User ID.
  • The nickname you register.
  • Your display language and map colors (route line, waypoints, start, end).
  • The date and time your account was created, and the date you last logged in.
  • Not stored: your email address, profile information such as your name, passwords, and access tokens. (Part of your account name is shown at the top of the screen to show that you are logged in, but it is shown only on your own screen and is not stored by the Service.)

投稿に関する情報

  • アップロードされた KML（KMZ の場合は、その中の KML）の原本。
  • ルート名、説明、主な移動手段、KML のダウンロードを他の人に許可するかどうかの設定。
  • KML から取り出した、経路（緯度・経度の並び）、地点の名前と位置、距離、投稿した日時、投稿の状態（公開・停止など）。
  • ダウンロードされた回数（回数だけです。誰がダウンロードしたかは保存しません）。

KML には、位置情報や、地点の名前・説明が含まれます。自宅の位置や、個人情報を含めないでください（利用規約第3条）。

Post information

  • The original KML file you upload (for a KMZ file, the KML inside it).
  • The route name, description, main mode of transport, and your setting for whether other people may download the KML.
  • The following, extracted from the KML: the route (a sequence of latitude and longitude), the names and positions of points, the distance, the date and time of posting, and the status of the post (public, suspended, etc.).
  • The number of downloads (the count only; who downloaded is not stored).

A KML file contains location data and the names and descriptions of points. Please do not include the location of your home or any personal information (Terms of Service, Article 3).

アクセスに関する情報

本サービスは、Microsoft Azure 上で動いています。Azure のサービスが、アクセスした日時、アクセス先、IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、エラーの情報などのログを記録することがあります。

Access information

The Service runs on Microsoft Azure. Azure services may record logs such as the date and time of access, what was accessed, your IP address, your browser type, and error information.

お問い合わせに関する情報

お問い合わせは、Google フォーム（Google が提供する、フォームの作成と回答の収集のサービス）で受け付けます。送っていただく内容は、次のとおりです。

  • お問い合わせの内容（必須）。
  • 対象のルートの URL、または管理コード（任意）。
  • 返信先のメールアドレス（任意。返信が必要な場合だけ、書いてください）。

送っていただいた内容は、運営者の Google アカウントの、Google のサービス上に保存されます。お問い合わせへの対応のためだけに使います。パスワードなど、対応に必要のない情報は、書かないでください。

Information about inquiries

Inquiries are received through Google Forms (a service provided by Google for creating forms and collecting responses). You send the following:

  • The content of your inquiry (required).
  • The URL of the route or your Management code (optional).
  • Your email address for a reply (optional; please enter it only if you need a reply).

What you send is stored on Google’s services, under the operator’s Google account. It is used only to respond to your inquiry. Please do not write information that is not needed for the response, such as passwords.

アクセス解析（Google アナリティクス）

どのページが、どれだけ見られているかを把握し、本サービスを改善するために、Google が提供するアクセス解析のサービス「Google アナリティクス」を使っています。使うのは、あなたが「同意する」を選んだ場合だけです。はじめて開いたときに、画面の下で、おたずねします。「同意する」を選ぶと、お使いのブラウザから Google へ、次のような情報が送られます。

  • 閲覧したページの URL とタイトル、閲覧した日時、直前に見ていたページ（参照元）。
  • ブラウザ・端末・OS の種類、画面の大きさ、言語。
  • IP アドレスから推定される、大まかな地域。（IP アドレスそのものは、Google アナリティクスには記録・保存されないと、Google は説明しています。）
  • ブラウザを見分けるための番号（Cookie に保存される、ランダムな番号。誰であるかは分かりません）。

これらの情報は、ニックネーム・ユーザー ID・メールアドレスなど、本サービスのアカウントの情報とは、結び付けていません。広告のための機能（Google シグナルや、広告のパーソナライズなど）は、使っていません。送られた情報は、Google のプライバシーポリシーと、Google アナリティクスの利用規約に従って、Google に扱われます。

「同意しない」を選んだ場合は、Google アナリティクスを読み込まず、Cookie も保存せず、情報も送りません。選んだ内容は、下の「現在の設定」か、画面の一番下の「Cookie の設定」から、いつでも変えられます。「同意しない」に変えると、保存済みの Google アナリティクスの Cookie は、消します。

Analytics (Google Analytics)

To understand which pages are viewed and how often, and to improve the Service, we use Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google. We use it only if you choose “Agree.” We ask you when you first open the site, at the bottom of the screen. If you choose “Agree,” your browser sends information such as the following to Google.

  • The URL and title of the page you view, the date and time, and the page you viewed just before (the referrer).
  • The type of browser, device and OS, the screen size, and the language.
  • The approximate region estimated from your IP address. (Google states that the IP address itself is not recorded or stored by Google Analytics.)
  • A number that identifies the browser (a random number stored in a cookie; it does not tell who you are).

This information is not linked to the information of your account on the Service, such as your nickname, User ID, or email address. We do not use advertising features (such as Google signals or ad personalization). The information sent is handled by Google according to Google’s privacy policy and the Google Analytics Terms of Service.

If you choose “Decline,” Google Analytics is not loaded, no cookies are stored, and no information is sent. You can change your choice at any time from “Current setting” below or from “Cookie settings” at the very bottom of the screen. If you change to “Decline,” the Google Analytics cookies already stored are deleted.

ブラウザに保存される情報

  • ログインの状態を保つための Cookie（認証サービスが発行するもの。ログインしたときだけ保存されます）。
  • Google アナリティクスの Cookie。「同意する」を選んだ場合だけ保存されます。ブラウザを見分けるための番号を、最長でおよそ 2 年保存します。
  • 画面の表示の設定（表示言語、ライト／ダークの選択、地図の幅など）と、Cookie についての選択。お使いのブラウザの中にだけ保存され、運営者へは送信されません（ログインしている場合の表示言語の設定は、サーバーにも保存されます）。

使っていないもの

広告の配信のためのツールは、現在使っていません。使う場合は、事前にこのポリシーを更新します。

Information stored in your browser

  • A cookie that keeps you logged in (issued by the authentication service; stored only when you log in).
  • Google Analytics cookies. They are stored only if you choose “Agree,” and store a number that identifies the browser for up to about 2 years.
  • Your display settings (display language, light/dark choice, map width, etc.) and your cookie choice. These are stored only in your browser and are not sent to the operator. (If you are logged in, your display language setting is also stored on the server.)

What we do not use

We do not currently use any tools for delivering advertisements. If we do, we will update this policy beforehand.

3. 利用目的

  • ルートの共有・公開、KML/KMZ のダウンロードなど、本サービスの提供
  • アカウントと投稿の管理（ニックネームの表示、編集・削除、退会）
  • 不正な利用の防止・調査、権利侵害の申し立てや削除依頼への対応
  • 動作の確認、障害への対応、本サービスの改善
  • アクセス状況の把握と分析（Google アナリティクス。「同意する」を選んだ場合のみ）
  • お問い合わせへの対応

3. Purposes of use

  • Providing the Service, such as sharing and publishing routes and downloading KML/KMZ files
  • Managing accounts and posts (showing nicknames, editing and deleting, leaving the Service)
  • Preventing and investigating misuse, and responding to reports of rights infringement and deletion requests
  • Checking operation, handling failures, and improving the Service
  • Understanding and analyzing access (Google Analytics; only if you choose “Agree”)
  • Responding to inquiries

4. 公開される情報

  • 投稿したルート（ルート名、説明、経路、地点、主な移動手段、投稿日）と、投稿者のニックネームは、公開されます。誰でも閲覧できます。KML のダウンロードは、投稿者が許可したルートについて、ログインした人ができます。ダウンロードされた回数は、許可したルートだけ表示されます。
  • メールアドレスや、ログインに使うアカウントの名前は、他の人には表示されません。

4. Information that is made public

  • The routes you post (route name, description, route, points, main mode of transport, date posted) and your nickname are made public. Anyone can view them. For routes whose author has allowed downloads, logged-in people can download the KML. The number of downloads is shown only for routes that allow downloads.
  • Your email address and the name of the account you use to log in are not shown to other people.

5. 外部のサービスの利用

本サービスは、次の外部のサービスを利用しています。それぞれのサービスの提供者が、情報を受け取ります。

  • Microsoft（Azure Static Web Apps、Azure のデータの保存など）: 本サービスの提供と、データの保存。
  • Microsoft、Google: ログイン（認証）。各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
  • MapTiler（maptiler.com）: 地図の表示。ルート一覧・詳細の地図を表示すると、お使いのブラウザから MapTiler へ直接、地図の画像を要求します。このとき、IP アドレスなどのブラウザの通信の情報と、表示している地図の範囲が、MapTiler に送られます。ルートのデータ（KML）そのものは送られません。
  • Cloudflare（cdnjs）: 地図の表示（Leaflet）と、KMZ の変換（JSZip）に使うプログラムの配信。ブラウザが直接読み込むため、IP アドレスなどが送られます。
  • Google（Google アナリティクス）: アクセス解析。「同意する」を選んだ場合だけ、ページを開くと、お使いのブラウザから Google へ直接、閲覧したページ、ブラウザ・端末の情報、大まかな地域、Cookie の番号などが送られます。詳しくは、Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用と、Google アナリティクス利用規約をご覧ください。
  • Google（Google フォーム）: お問い合わせの受付。「お問い合わせ」から Google フォームを開いて送信すると、お問い合わせの内容（書いた場合は、対象のルートの URL・管理コード、返信先のメールアドレスも）が、お使いのブラウザから Google へ直接送られます。このとき、IP アドレスなどのブラウザの通信の情報も、Google に送られます。詳しくは、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
  • Google Gemini（AI による自動審査）: ルートを投稿・編集したとき、ニックネームを登録・変更したときに、内容を確認するため、ルート名・説明・主な用途・KML内のテキスト（地点名など）・おおよその距離や地点の数が、Google へ送られます。KML の原本ファイルや、投稿者を特定する情報は送信しません。送信した内容が、Google 側のレビューや品質改善に使われる場合があります。また、審査の基準を見直したときに、公開中のルートと登録済みのニックネームを、同じ内容で送って審査し直すことがあります。
  • Google マップ: 詳細画面の「Google Map で経路を開く」を押したときだけ、出発地・到着地・経由地点の座標が、Google マップへ渡されます。

上記のほかに、法令に基づく場合を除いて、利用者の情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

5. Use of external services

The Service uses the following external services. The provider of each service receives information.

  • Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps, Azure data storage, etc.): providing the Service and storing data.
  • Microsoft, Google: login (authentication). Each company’s privacy policy applies.
  • MapTiler (maptiler.com): displaying maps. When the map on a route list or detail page is displayed, your browser requests map images directly from MapTiler. At this time, information about your browser’s connection, such as your IP address, and the area of the map being displayed are sent to MapTiler. The route data (KML) itself is not sent.
  • Cloudflare (cdnjs): delivering the programs used to display maps (Leaflet) and to convert KMZ files (JSZip). Your browser loads them directly, so your IP address and similar information are sent.
  • Google (Google Analytics): analytics. Only if you choose “Agree,” when you open a page, your browser sends the page viewed, browser and device information, the approximate region, the cookie number, and so on directly to Google. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
  • Google (Google Forms): receiving inquiries. When you open the inquiry form from “Contact” and send it, the content of your inquiry (and, if you wrote them, the route URL or Management code and your email address for a reply) is sent from your browser directly to Google. At this time, information about your browser’s connection, such as your IP address, is also sent to Google. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Gemini (automatic AI review): when you post or edit a route, or register or change a nickname, its content is sent to Google for review — the route name, description, main purpose, text extracted from the KML (such as place names), and the approximate distance and number of points. The original KML file and information identifying you are not sent. The content sent may be used by Google for review or to improve their services. In addition, when we revise the review criteria, we may send the same content for published routes and registered nicknames again to review them again.
  • Google Maps: only when you press “Open route in Google Maps” on the detail page, the coordinates of the departure point, the destination, and the waypoints are passed to Google Maps.

Other than the above, we do not provide or sell users’ information to third parties, except where required by law.

6. 保存期間と削除

  • アカウントと投稿は、削除するまで保存します。投稿者は、自分の投稿を、いつでも削除できます。
  • マイページから退会（アカウント削除）すると、ニックネームと、投稿したすべてのルート（KML の原本を含む）が削除されます。削除したデータは、元に戻せません。
  • 運営者が非公開にした投稿は、削除されるまで、非公開の状態で保存されます。
  • お問い合わせの内容は、対応に必要な間だけ保存し、不要になったら削除します。
  • ログは、Azure のサービスの保存期間に従います。削除したデータの痕跡が、システムのログやバックアップに、一定の期間、残る場合があります。

6. Retention and deletion

  • Accounts and posts are kept until they are deleted. Post authors can delete their own posts at any time.
  • If you leave the Service (delete your account) from My page, your nickname and all the routes you posted (including the original KML files) are deleted. Deleted data cannot be restored.
  • Posts that the operator has made non-public are kept, in a non-public state, until they are deleted.
  • The content of inquiries is kept only as long as it is needed to respond, and is deleted once it is no longer needed.
  • Logs follow the retention period of the Azure services. Traces of deleted data may remain in system logs and backups for a certain period.

7. 安全管理

通信は暗号化（HTTPS）されています。KML の原本は、ストレージを直接公開せず、ログインを確認したうえで、短時間だけ有効なリンクで配信します。ただし、インターネット上で、完全な安全を保証することはできません。

7. Security

Communication is encrypted (HTTPS). The original KML files are not exposed directly from storage; after confirming that you are logged in, they are delivered through links that are valid only for a short time. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed on the internet.

8. 開示・訂正・削除の請求

ニックネームの変更、投稿の編集・削除は、マイページまたは詳細画面から、ご自身で行えます。それ以外の、保存されている情報の開示・訂正・削除のご請求や、権利侵害の申し立ては、サイトの「お問い合わせ」からご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、対応します。

8. Requests for disclosure, correction, and deletion

You can change your nickname and edit or delete your posts yourself, from My page or the detail page. For any other request to disclose, correct, or delete stored information, or to report a rights infringement, please contact us through “Contact” on the site. We will respond after confirming your identity.

9. このポリシーの変更

運営者は、必要に応じて、このポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

The operator may change this policy as needed. The revised content takes effect when it is posted on this page.
